One meeting should lead to progress.
Not another scheduling thread.

Meeting Marshal carries the conversation forward, from the first email to the next appointment.

MORE THAN FINDING A FREE SLOT

A little less coordinating.
A lot more getting together.

Give your calendar a coordinator who handles the details around the conversation.

01

The back-and-forth?
Handled.

Describe who needs to meet and what needs to happen. Meeting Marshal checks available calendars, coordinates guest replies, and finds a time that fits.

Required guests, optional guests, time zones and preferences.
02

Show up knowing
what matters.

A “Things to Know” mini-agenda goes right into the appointment. Relevant questions and topics from your email or last meeting travel with the invitation.

A useful briefing, right where you’ll look.
03

The meeting ends.
Coordination starts.

For meetings you enable, the agent automatically picks up the follow-up. It contacts participants and arranges the next meeting within your saved rules.

Keep momentum without starting over.
04

You set the rules.
Your agent follows them.

Protect your working hours, add buffers, and choose when booking needs your approval. Missing replies and scheduling conflicts come back with a clear next step.

The authority you choose. The visibility you need.

A SIMPLE HANDOFF

Tell it once.
Let it coordinate.

Start with an email, a tap, a voice request, or the end of a meeting.

A HANDOFF PEOPLE CAN TRUST

One request.
The access each person chooses.

Planned for the full product: simple coordination whether one calendar is connected or the whole group joins in.

01

Just your calendar

Hand off an email with suggested times. Your agent checks your availability, replies with alternatives, and handles the exchange. Your guest can simply reply by email.

02

Two connected calendars

A guest can approve a single scheduling session for an agreed date range. The agent checks availability for that request, with session access ending when the session expires or closes.

03

The whole group

Coordinate multiple participants using connected availability and guest replies. If no time fits, ask to extend the window—with fresh guest approval where needed.

“Find a time in the next two weeks.”

Guests see who the agent represents, what it is requesting, and the dates involved. The session can be scoped to one day, a few days, or a longer window.

Planned session controls. Provider permissions and session limits must be explained separately at connection.

READY WHEN YOU ARE

Tap. Speak. Hand it off.

Planned ways to start: a quick command, a voice request, or the email you’re already reading. Recognize people from your connected contacts and confirm when a name is unclear.

“Meet with Jane in the next two weeks.”

Contact selected → Date range set → Coordination starts

THE CONTEXT COMES WITH YOU

“What are we
talking about?”
Already covered.

Meeting Marshal turns relevant meeting notes or email context into a short, useful briefing inside your calendar appointment.

Everyone gets the topics they need, so the next conversation can start with the work.

A FEW THINGS TO KNOW

Before you hand it off.

Do all my guests need the app?

No. Guests can participate through ordinary email. Connected calendars help the agent coordinate faster when access is available.

Will the agent book meetings automatically?

You choose its booking authority. It can coordinate automatically and book within your saved rules, or ask you to approve the final invitation.

What happens after a meeting?

For meetings you enable, Meeting Marshal starts follow-up coordination when the meeting ends, gathers any missing details, and works toward the next appointment.

Which accounts will it connect with?

The Gmail and Google Calendar pilot comes first, followed by Microsoft 365. The product is being designed to support additional email and calendar providers.

Do guests have to share their calendar?

No. The agent can negotiate times by email using your connected calendar. Optional guest connections are planned with a clear scheduling window and single-session approval. Provider account permissions may last longer than a scheduling session; the connection screen must explain both.

Can I download it today?

This page previews the full product experience. The core is built and tested, and account connections are the next step. Download links will become available when the app launches.
